Daniel Swenson-Klatt spent 20 years teaching middle school English. He was alwasy comfortable in the kitchen and had a knack for baking. He won over many fans before he ever opend his first business. He finally found himself unable to put off a career change any longer and he left his teaching job and struck out on his own.
